Finding Serenity An editorial by Samantha Schneider, MD As physicians, we are constantly faced with new challenges and potential sources of stress. There are the pressures of increasing regulations, less time for patient visits, and, not to mention, all of our other “life” obligations. One key to success in this ever-evolving technological world of more , faster , now - is to unplug. One of the most therapeutic things that I have discovered during my training is to turn off my phone and get outside. Now, let me start by saying that I never thought I would have said this before medical school. I did not enjoy being outside at all. I say this as a way to encourage some of the possibly more reluctant readers. You can do it! And, you may even surprise yourself.                 Start small.
